Terms and Services
By registering through the official form, volunteers agree to all rules, policies, and platform terms of Sanskriti Youth Foundation (SYF).
Registration does not guarantee participation; final selection is at SYF’s sole discretion.
Participants must submit valid, accurate information. Incorrect or misleading details may lead to disqualification.
Volunteers must not publicly share information or give interviews about the program without written approval.
Participants must ensure their public posts about the program are not defamatory, offensive, or unlawful.
Any attempt to tamper with the registration or selection process may lead to legal action.
SYF may change program rules, reject participants, or cancel the program at any time.
Volunteers agree to receive SYF’s promotional and service-related communication.
Participants must indemnify SYF against losses arising from misconduct, misrepresentation, or legal violations.
Privacy Policy
SYF collects and processes personal information such as name, email, contact number, address, ID proofs, etc., solely for program execution.
Sensitive and personal data is stored and processed in accordance with SYF’s Privacy Policy.
SYF may communicate with volunteers through calls, SMS, or email for service, transactional, or promotional purposes.
Volunteers may request deletion of their personal data as per the Privacy Policy.
SYF may use volunteer photos, videos, voice clips, statements, and attributes for promotional and awareness activities across platforms, without further notice.
All created promotional material remains the sole property of SYF.
Cancellation and Refund
The volunteer program is free of charge, and SYF does not collect any participation fee.
Internship fees, once paid, are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
SYF is not responsible for any payments made to unauthorized persons claiming to represent the foundation.
If a participant requests deletion of their personal information after receiving rewards (certificates, goodies, etc.), they must return those rewards before SYF can process the deletion.
SYF may cancel a participant’s involvement at any time due to rule violations, incomplete or misleading documentation, or misuse of the program.
Shipping and Exchange
Program rewards (certificates, goodies, merchandise) are provided at SYF’s discretion.
If a volunteer requests deletion of personal information after receiving rewards, they must return the reward(s) for SYF to complete the deletion request.
SYF is not responsible for delays, loss, or technical issues affecting the delivery of digital certificates or communication.
Any exchange or reissue of rewards is subject to SYF’s approval and policies.
